Before joining Everton Estate, he built and led capital markets platforms across Asia's real estate industry. As Chief Executive Officer of Tianfang Hospitality Trust and Greenland Hospitality Trust, he steered both through the full IPO journey — securing Eligibility-to-List approval from the Singapore Exchange, structuring onshore and offshore holding vehicles, arranging billion-dollar bank financing, and taking Tianfang Hospitality Trust to market as the first Chinese state-owned enterprise to list a hospitality REIT in Singapore. His earlier career spans senior business development and asset management roles at The Ascott Group, Ascott Residence Trust and CapitaLand Commercial, strategic transformation work at Shangri-La Group, and cross-border M&A and fund-raising advisory at Crowe Horwath Capital.
At Everton Estate, he brings this institutional-grade experience to the commercial property market, with a particular focus on hospitality assets, alongside shophouse sales and rental and other commercial real estate. Clients benefit from his full-cycle expertise: feasibility studies, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation and execution, through to divestment and capital recycling.
