Your personal data.

When you send us an enquiry, we collect the details you give us: your name, mobile number, email address, the type of help you are looking for, your preferred agent and your message. If you register for off-market opportunities, we also collect your company name, the types of property you are interested in and your budget.

We use your personal data only to respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings or consultations, and provide the property services you ask for. We will not sell your personal data.

We will only send you marketing messages if you have separately agreed to receive them, and we observe the Do Not Call Registry.

Your enquiry is shared with our team and, where you choose one, your preferred agent. We use trusted service providers to host this website and deliver enquiry emails; they may process data outside Singapore, and we require them to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

We may also disclose personal data where required by law or by the Council for Estate Agencies.

We keep your personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then securely delete it.

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw your consent to our use of it, at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer below. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer assist with your enquiry.
