Everton Estate Pte Ltd (永登地产私人有限公司) is a CEA-licensed real estate agency founded by Jesmond Lee. From our own premises in the Dimension Building on Kampong Bahru Road, our team advises high-net-worth individuals, family offices, listed companies and multinationals, alongside local business owners and families.
We cover commercial property, conservation shophouses, hotels and whole buildings, as well as prime residential — Good Class Bungalows, landed homes and condominiums — and everyday needs such as rentals and HDB flats.
What ties it together is how we work: we listen first, advise honestly, and put the client's interests ahead of the deal.

Jesmond Lee
Founder & Managing Director
Jesmond began his career at one of Singapore's best-known agencies, where he consistently ranked among the top performers and built a deep network of clients. With more than a decade in the industry, he founded Everton Estate to practise real estate his way — thoroughly, transparently and with the client first.
He is known for leaving no stone unturned, and for spotting trends early: he was active in conservation shophouses years before they drew wide attention from foreign buyers.
